The platform supports Bangla and English, offers guided smart forms with Division/District/Upazila/Mouza selection, and lets users upload required documents and complete KYC. Real-time status tracking, payment options such as bKash, Nagad, and card/bank, and clear receipts keep the process simple and transparent. An integrated admin dashboard helps officials review, assign to AC (Land), and approve or reject applications efficiently.
